Governance

Steering Committe

The Steering Committee serves as the project’s principal strategic decision-making authority. It approves key documents, including annual work plans and budgets; ensures coherence with national R&I policy objectives; monitors overall progress; and recommends adjustments where necessary. It also facilitates coordination between the consortium and the broader community of R&I stakeholders.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee functions as the project’s operational management body. It oversees day-to-day implementation, ensures effective communication and collaboration among partners, and addresses operational challenges as they arise. It acts as the crucial link between strategic governance and the expert teams responsible for analytical, evaluation and foresight activities.

Scientific Advisory Board

The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) safeguards the project’s expert integrity. Comprised of specialists in R&I policy, evaluation, foresight and related domains, it provides methodological guidance, ensures the application of internationally comparable and evidence-based approaches, and upholds the independence and professional quality of the project’s analytical outputs.
