Dear colleagues, partners, and friends of the STRATIN+ project,
Good strategies do not arise in isolation or on a one-off basis. They are the result of systematic work with data, analytical thinking, and the ability to view current decisions in the context of possible future scenarios. It is precisely the combination of high-quality analysis with a forward-looking perspective based on foresight, scenarios, and working with uncertainties that makes it possible to create strategies that are not merely a response to current challenges, but actively shape shared visions and desirable directions for further development.
In the past period, the STRATIN+ project has contributed to strengthening strategic intelligence in the field of research, development, and innovation and to developing capacities that support coordinated strategic decision-making at the national and international levels. The results achieved show that systematic, methodologically grounded analytical work and open dialogue between analysts and users of outputs help to overcome departmental fragmentation, increase the comprehensibility of strategic decisions, and strengthen their long-term consistent implementation.
We sincerely thank the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for its long-term support, as well as the members of the steering committee and experts from the International scientific board for their open cooperation, sharing of expertise, and critical feedback, without which these outputs could not have been created or applied in practice.
